MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

Die-cast EN AB-47100 aluminium housing with high corrosion resistance. Stone wash surface treatment prior to painting process. Stainless steel Allen screws with insulating treatment against galvanic corrosion. Silicone gaskets. Painting Process : 3 Step Process

1) Surface treatment with BONDERITE. A heavy metal free chemical surface treatment containing ceramic nano particles giving a cohesive, inorganic and highly dense protective coating. 2) PRE POLYMERIZATION a process of introducing an epoxy primer with excellent characteristics to the paint which also offers very high resistance to oxidation due to its Zinc content. 3) POLYMERIZATION a process with the application of polyester powder with high resistance against UV rays and harsh weather conditions. Single emission projectors for indoor application. The warm white LED light source with a flood light distribution is composed of 1 arrayled LEDs. The device body is made of aluminium and features a embossed black ral 9005 finish, processed by means of coating. The ingress protection degree is IP20; the total weight is of 0.9 kg. The device features protection class II and can be ceiling-mounted. Compliant with the EN 60598-1 standard and its specific provisions.

The ProPoint SW 20W Wall Washer is an AC line powered, high brightness luminaire. The luminaire is controllable via DMX512. The system is connected using a daisy chain topology, allowing easy installation to form long run lengths. Remote Device Management (RDM) circuits are built into each luminaire that enables extensive control and monitoring of the entire installation.

Single emission projectors for outdoor application. The warm white LED light source with a spot light distribution is composed of 1 arrayled LEDs with CCT of 3000 K and a CRI 80; the source luminous flux is 2889 lm, with a 160.5 lm/W nominal luminous efficacy.

The device body is made of die-cast aluminium en ab - 46100 and features a black finish, processed by means of open pore anodizing + powder coating; the diffuser is made of extra clear glass - tempered with a silk-screening treatment.
