1. Acceptance of Terms

By logging into this platform, you irrevocably acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Access is granted solely at the discretion of the Lightbox Development Team.

2. Exclusive Administrative Authority

The Lightbox Development Team holds the sole and exclusive right to grant, modify, suspend, or terminate account access. Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing, assigning, or transferring login credentials.
• Attempting to escalate user privileges or bypass security protocols.
• Authorizing any third party to access the platform without written consent from the Team.

3. Proprietary Ownership & Intellectual Property

All data hosted herein—including project workflows, product specifications, lighting concepts, drawings, and technical calculations—is the exclusive property of the Lightbox Development Team. No license or ownership interest is transferred to the User.

4. Data Protection & Security

The Lightbox Development Team employs industry-standard security measures to ensure the integrity and protection of all hosted data.

• User responsibility: Users must maintain the security of their login credentials and notify the team immediately of any suspected breach.
• Data handling: Users agree not to introduce any malicious code, automated scraping tools, or unauthorized scripts that may compromise the platform’s data security.

5. Statutory Data Protection (Singapore Law)

Your access and conduct are governed by the following chapters of Singapore Law:

• Computer Misuse Act 1993: Any unauthorized access, modification of data, or use of scripts/bots to “scrape” information is a criminal offense.
• Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA): All personal and project data is protected under PDPA standards. Users must maintain the highest level of data security and confidentiality.
• Copyright Act 2021: All proprietary designs and content are protected from unauthorized reproduction or distribution.

7. Strict Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention

All dashboard content is Confidential Information. Users shall not screenshot, export, or disclose data to any external party. Furthermore, Users are prohibited from using any proprietary information found here to develop or support any competing product or service.

8. Indemnity & Legal Recourse

The User agrees to indemnify the Lightbox Development Team against all losses, damages, or legal costs arising from a breach of these terms. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
